Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of aiblogfactory.com and the AI Blog Factory application (the "Service"), operated by AI Blog Factory LLC. By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. Your account

You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction). You are responsible for activity under your account.

2. Plans, billing and cancellation

Paid plans bill monthly or annually in USD until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from account settings; monthly plans run to the end of the paid period. Annual plans are refundable in full within 14 days of first payment. Quotas reset on your billing date and unused quota does not roll over.

3. Your content

You retain all rights to the inputs you provide and, to the extent permitted by law, to the outputs generated for you. You grant us the limited license needed to process and store content in order to operate the Service.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to produce content that is unlawful, defamatory, deliberately misleading, infringing, or spam at scale intended to manipulate search engines through deception; nor to resell raw Service access, probe our systems, or interfere with other customers. We may suspend accounts that violate this section.

5. AI-generated content

Generated drafts are produced by automated systems and may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing, fact-checking and editing content before publication, and for its compliance with laws and platform policies that apply to you (including disclosure requirements for affiliate or advertising content).

6. Availability

We aim for high availability but the Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of uninterrupted operation. We may modify features with reasonable notice for material changes.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI Blog Factory LLC's aggregate liability arising from the Service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost data.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may terminate or suspend access for breach of these Terms, with notice where practicable. Sections that by nature survive termination (content ownership, liability limits, governing law) survive.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of that state unless mandatory local law provides otherwise.
