The fine print, in plain words
One completed work order — a draft that reaches the end of the line — counts as one article, regardless of length up to 3,000 words. Regenerating an existing order within 24 hours does not count again.
Yes. Upgrades apply immediately with a prorated charge; downgrades apply at the next billing date. Unused monthly article quota does not roll over.
Annual plans can be refunded within 14 days of the first payment. Monthly plans can be cancelled anytime and simply run until the end of the paid month.
No. Only articles that pass the gate and ship count against your quota. Loops back through the line are free.
