This Privacy Policy explains how AI Blog Factory LLC ("we", "us") collects, uses and protects information when you use aiblogfactory.com and the AI Blog Factory application (together, the "Service").

1. Information we collect

Account information. When you create an account we collect your name, email address and password (stored as a salted hash, never in plain text).

Content you create. Work orders, blueprints and generated documents are stored so the Service can function. Your content belongs to you.

Usage information. We collect standard technical data — browser type, pages visited, approximate region derived from IP — to operate and improve the Service.

Payment information. Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. We never receive or store full card numbers.

2. How we use information

• To provide, maintain and improve the Service.
• To process transactions and send transactional emails (receipts, security notices).
• To respond to support requests.
• To send product updates you can opt out of at any time.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not use your private content to advertise to you.

3. AI processing

When the Service generates content, the inputs you provide (topics, blueprints, keywords) are processed by AI infrastructure operated by us or by vetted providers under data-processing agreements. Inputs are not used to train third-party foundation models without your explicit opt-in.

5. Data retention and deletion

Account data is retained while your account is active. You may delete your account from settings or by emailing hello@aiblogfactory.com; associated personal data is deleted within 30 days, except records we must keep for legal or accounting reasons.

6. Security

We use encryption in transit, encrypted storage for credentials, and access controls that limit personal-data access to staff who need it. No online service can guarantee absolute security; we notify affected users of any breach as required by law.

7. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, and to object to certain processing. Contact hello@aiblogfactory.com to exercise them; we respond within 30 days.

8. Children

The Service is not directed to children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
