New: the QA Gate now checks internal links automatically. Read how it works

About us

We think publishing deserves an assembly line

AI Blog Factory exists because good blogs fail for a boring reason: not a lack of ideas, but the grind of producing to a standard, week after week.

Our story

From checklists to a product

AI Blog Factory started as an internal toolkit — a set of structure templates, voice notes and pre-publish checklists used to keep a portfolio of content sites consistent. The checklists worked, but enforcing them by hand didn't scale past a handful of articles a week.

So we built the enforcement into software. Blueprints replaced the templates, the production line replaced the manual steps, and the QA gate replaced the pre-publish checklist. What was once a folder of documents became a system any team can run.

Today AI Blog Factory runs production for solo bloggers, niche portfolios and agencies, and the principle hasn't changed: decide what good looks like once, then let the line hold that standard on every article.

What we believe

Three convictions behind the product

Consistency compounds

A blog that ships to one standard every week beats a blog that ships brilliance occasionally. Systems make consistency possible.

AI is a station, not a writer

Models are extraordinary at drafting inside constraints and unreliable without them. The constraints are the product.

Quality gates beat good intentions

Nobody plans to publish a weak article. A gate that measures the draft catches what tired eyes miss.
